If ever there was a seminal 99 North track, this is THE one!!! A fresh slice of groovy house, hot from the top Australian label, Melbourne-based Vicious Vinyl. 3 Varied mixes means that there is something for everyone here...

"...features an extremely familiar orchestral burst as its middle breakdown on Dillon & Dickins' totally rampaging 'Funk 2001 Mix'...The 'Bubbleman vs JC Remix' offers slamming beats and a kicking breakbeat for fans of harder things...Driving beats, funky guitar stabs, screaming female vocal, big breakdown, sultry girl vocal, big build up, yet more funky guitar, the '2001' drop...Yep, it's totally sound product, I've heard similar stuff tear dancefloors apart and this'll be massive..." ****, DJ Review 10th-23rd May 1997

Dillon & Dickins Funk 2001 mix - a well chunky live bass-loop driven groover, with infectious scat vocals, and a rather large classical breakdown: this is a typically solid house work-out from the Dillon & Dickins team, that will rock most floors. Firing!

Bubbleman vs JC remix - 2 of Australia's top DJs on the remix for the next cut, providing a wicked breakbeat approach, combining female vocals with powerful percussion to excellent effect.

Spacebase Millenium mix - the final mix comes from Spacebase, after their success with "Patience/Frustration" on Higher State. A tougher feel here, with rough beats and filtered washes, make for the darkest mix of the 12". A slamming, trancing thumper, that should satisfy the hardest of house heads
